Survey on Access for the Deaf in Pembrokeshire
Shirley David of the Sign and Share Club says: “We are keen to find out about the experiences D/deaf and hard of hearing people have when visiting banks, shops, clubs, cinemas, learning providers, government departments, charities, health organisations etc across our county.
“We have devised a short survey (only ten questions) which takes approximately four minutes to complete. We would like people to complete it for each organisation they visit over the next few months, whether their experience is positive or negative.
“We are hoping to identify those organisations that are deserving of praise and to support those that need help to make their services more accessible.
“The survey can be accessed from our website www.signandshare.org.uk or by searching for Deaf Access in Pembrokeshire Survey. This project is funded by the Community Fund.”
