Defnyddiwch Coast to Coast i gynllunio eich gwyliau gartref yn Sir Benfro

Gall ymwelwyr a thrigolion Sir Benfro ddarganfod sut i fanteisio i’r eithaf ar y Parc Cenedlaethol y tymor hwn drwy gael eu hysbrydoli gan bapur newydd llawn gwybodaeth Awdurdod y Parc Cenedlaethol, Coast to Coast.

Mae’r papur poblogaidd, sy’n cael ei ddosbarthu ledled y sir, yn llawn gwybodaeth am ble i fynd i gael gweld arfordir, traethau, a safleoedd hanesyddol Sir Benfro, yn ogystal â gwybodaeth am ddarganfod eich hun a hybu’ch lles personol.

Mae’r Parc Cenedlaethol wedi bod yn cynhyrchu Coast to Coast am 39 o flynyddoedd. Mae’r papur yn cynnwys orielau, celf a chrefft, chwaraeon dŵr, gerddi a theithiau cwch, ac mae’n helpu trigolion lleol ac ymwelwyr i fanteisio i’r eithaf ar Barc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro o’r gwanwyn hyd ddechrau’r hydref.

Wrth siarad am y cyhoeddiad, dywedodd Tegryn Jones, Prif Weithredwr yr Awdurdod:  “Mae Coast to Coast yn gyflwyniad gwych i’r Parc Cenedlaethol a’r ardal gyfagos, ac yn cynnwys erthyglau ar gadw’n ddiogel ar y traeth a’r ffyrdd gorau o gymryd gofal wrth fwynhau’r cyfoeth naturiol ardderchog yma, gan gynnwys ein safleoedd yng Nghastell Caeriw, Castell Henllys a Chanolfan Ymwelwyr Oriel y Parc.

“Lle bo’n bosib, bydd Coast to Coast yn cael ei ddosbarthu i siopau a busnesau sy’n gallu gweithredu yn ystod y cyfyngiadau cyfredol. Fodd bynnag mae ar gael ar ffurf fersiwn digidol llawn hefyd, sy’n cynnwys map a thabl llanw chwe mis, yn www.pembrokeshirecoast.wales/coasttocoast, gan ganiatáu i bobl gynllunio eu hymweliad ar-lein cyn teithio i Sir Benfro.

“Rydyn ni’n gofyn i’n holl ymwelwyr gynllunio ymlaen llaw os oes modd y tymor hwn, gan ein bod yn disgwyl haf prysur iawn yn Sir Benfro. Mae argraffiad eleni hefyd yn cynnwys gwybodaeth ddiogelwch ddefnyddiol ac erthygl wych ar fod yn ymwelydd cyfrifol, ac ar droedio’n ofalus yn y Parc Cenedlaethol.

“Mae hefyd yn cynnwys rhaglen gweithgareddau a digwyddiadau’r Awdurdod, sy’n cynnig cyfle unigryw i ddarganfod treftadaeth, bywyd gwyllt, cefn gwlad ac arfordir y Parc Cenedlaethol.”

Pembrokeshire’s visitors and residents can discover how to make the most of the National Park this season by taking inspiration from the Park Authority’s information-packed newspaper Coast to Coast.

Distributed across the county, it is full of information about where to go to discover Pembrokeshire’s coastline, beaches and historic sites, as well as promoting self-discovery and wellbeing.

Helping locals and visitors make the most of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park from spring through to early autumn, Coast to Coast features galleries, arts and crafts, water sports, gardens and boat trips.

The Authority’s chief executive, Tegryn Jones, said:  “Coast to Coast is a fantastic introduction to the National Park and surrounding area and includes features on staying safe on beaches and how to best take care while enjoying this wonderful resource, including our sites at Carew Castle, Castell Henllys and Oriel y Parc Visitor Centre.

Coast to Coast will be distributed wherever possible to outlets able to operate during the current restrictions. However, it is also available as a full digital version, including a map and six-month tide table, at www.pembrokeshirecoast.wales/coasttocoast, allowing people to plan their visits online before travelling to Pembrokeshire.

“We’re asking all of our visitors to plan ahead wherever possible this season as we’re anticipating a very busy summer in Pembrokeshire. This year’s edition also includes useful safety information as well as a fantastic feature on being a responsible visitor and treading lightly in the National Park.

“It also includes the Authority’s activities and events programme which offers a unique opportunity to discover the heritage, wildlife, countryside and coastline of the National Park.”
