Help for the Homeless and Their Pets

You have lost your home, possibly contact with friends and family, and many possessions, so your dog is your world. The one loyal and trusted friend you may have, the friend that keeps you going, and nothing in the world would make you give them up. The friend who warns you if someone is close by or a threat to you, who comforts you, eats with you and sleeps with you.
BUT finding accommodation that allows pets is a huge problem. The nearest hostel that allows pets is in Swansea.
If you are homeless with your dog or pet will help you with supplies and you can self-refer.
Animal Welfare Assistance (Vouchers):
RSPCA Gwent Branch  provides support for animal welfare – It can offer some support for animals whose owners cannot afford medical care for their pets and who are on low incomes.
