Thank Abba for the Music… and Joyce Grenfell for the Fun

 

 

Grab your platforms and flares for a journey back in time to when Abba dominated the charts and ruled the airwaves!
Thank Abba for the Music is a two-hour spectacular that captures all of the magic and excitement of one of pop history’s most successful and entertaining bands. It’s at the Torch Theatre, Milford Haven, on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 March at

The show featuring all of Abba’s greatest hits, including Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Mamma Mia, Take A Chance On Me, and Knowing Me Knowing You. With stunning costumes, a seven-piece live band, interactive video, some tongue-in-cheek Swedish humour, and of course Abba’s spectacular trademark harmonies… this promises to be the ultimate feelgood party show.

Abba and 1970s fancy dress is optional but highly encouraged!

And tomorrow (16 March) Choice Grenfell comes to the Torch, marking 40 years since the loss of Joyce Grenfell.

Those who never had the opportunity to see and hear the wonderful Joyce Grenfell have got some catching up to do… and now’s their chance. Joyce was a very popular and charming comedian, monologist and singer in the 1950s and 1960s.
