Return of the County Show

It’s been two years, thanks to covid, since the last Pembrokeshire County Show but summer 2022 will see its return on 17 and 18 August. It is heralded as the biggest of Wales’s agricultural shows, and its comeback is welcome news for the tens of  thousands of visitors for whom it has been a highlight of the year.

This year the show will look a little different from usual. There will be no marquees or trade stands around the main ringside, but there will be several smaller rings and the addition of an open-air street food area.

Mansel Raymond, Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society president, has expressed excitement at the return of members, competitors, trade stands and sponsors, and the public being able to come together again.

At the time of writing, tickets were not yet on sale, but up-to-date information can be found on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Traders are advised to secure their pitches as soon as possible by visiting or ringing 01437 764 331.

If you are interested in sponsorship, contact Richard Cole on 01437 764 331.
