Have Your Say on New Hospital

Hywel Dda Health Board is asking for views about the proposed new hospital in or close to Camarthenshire. This will lead to the closure of Withybush A&E and leave an entire county without emergency care.
Please fill in the form, using the link in this shared post. It’s not long and won’t take much time to do. But you can make your voice heard by filling it in.
The Health Board is saying:
“Help us to understand how the location of the new urgent and planned care hospital may affect you
As you may be aware, Hywel Dda University Health Board is planning to build a new urgent and planned care hospital somewhere in the zone between Narberth, Whitland and St Clears. Five possible sites are being considered.
“The Health Board would like to invite you to take part in an online discussion group via Zoom to consider how the location of the new hospital may affect you.
“As places on the discussion group are limited, it may not be possible to offer a place to everyone who is interested, but we are seeking a diverse and representative group.
“The discussion group will take place on 14 June, 6pm-8pm. Full instructions and a link to join will be sent to you in advance.
“If you are interested in taking part in the discussion group, complete the Expression of Interest Form via the link below by 9 June. Please note any issues with difficulty accessing online sessions or additional communication needs.
“We appreciate that you may not be able to join the discussion on 14 June and would therefore ask you to complete the form below in order to share your views on how the location of the new hospital may affect you.”
