Roadshows Offer Information for Tenants

Pembrokeshire County Council is inviting tenants to its roadshows across the County.

The events will provide information about the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016, which comes into effect on 1 December 2022, and which will introduce changes to tenancy law. The changes have been designed to make it easier for landlords and tenants to rent in Wales, and housing staff will be present to answer any questions that tenants may have regarding these changes.

Also available to answer questions and signpost tenants to advice and support agencies will be representatives from Pembrokeshire Community Hub, Welsh Water and Energy Saving Trust

In addition, free hot lunches will be provided to PCC tenants who attend one of the events (see below). Booking is required in advance by contacting the Housing Customer Liaison Team on 07435780925 or by emailing

·         Tuesday 1 November – 11am-1:30pm – The Mount Community Centre, Milford Haven,

·         Wednesday 2 November – 12pm – 2.30pm – Dezza’s Cabin, Monkton

·         Thursday 3 November – 12pm – 2.30pm – HaverHub, Haverfordwest
