The Acorns Play Benefit for Folk Festival

It’s almost time for the Fishguard Folk Festival 2023. Almost entirely free, the concerts, workshops and walks will take place over the May bank holiday weekend, 26 to 29 May.

The line-up has been completed and is available on the website and Facebook page, along with festival information, maps and accommodation:

Meanwhile, a benefit ceilidh has been arranged for 22 April at the Phoenix Centre, Goodwick, from 7.30pm, entry £5.

Bryan Talbot told us: “The Fishguard Folk Festival is held in high regard all over the folk world. In order to keep it a mainly free event, the benefit gig will not only be a great night out but will also be an important fundraising event.”
