The Attic Theatre in Newcastle Emlyn is planning its inaugural International Film Festival which will take place on 13 and 14 October.

It’s seeking filmmakers who would like to submit their work to the festival organisers. The final date for submissions is 12 August: “We are hoping for a wide range of films from near and far, and invite all filmmakers, experienced and newcomers, to submit their work. The aim of the festival is to bring a wide range of short films from around the world to Newcastle Emlyn.

“If you would like to submit a film, it can be any length from very short up to a maximum running time of 30 minutes. You can submit it either by going to Film Freeway where you can find out everything about the festival, or by emailing attic.filmfestival@attictheatre.wales.”
