Have Your Say on the Buses

Pembrokeshire has about 25 local bus services and we are being asked by the council to participate in a survey about them.

The consultation has been launched because most bus services are likely to be re-tendered. Funding pressures and other costs are forcing the council to find different ways to fund many services. It hasn’t helped that the numbers of pre-covid numbers of passengers have not returned and many bus services are not receiving the use they once did.

A consultation will look at how best way to organise Pembrokeshire bus services from 2024, so it’s important that we have our say

The public is being asked to get involved in the consultation to give views on the way that the council plans to make decisions about which routes and options to fund, and the closing date for responses is 7 January 2024.

You can take part online,

Or by email: public.transport@pembrokeshire.gov.uk,
