In the Footsteps of the Saints

There is an open invitation to join the St Davids Cathedral pilgrimage team on a short walk from Ty’r Pererin to St Non’s Holy Well to honour the connection between St Madoc/Aidan and St Dewi/David, walking in their footsteps.

The mini-pilgrimage takes place on Friday 31 January – St Madoc’s Feast Day – from 1030am to 1pm.

Participants are asked to bring lunch to eat at the newly reopened St Non’s Retreat Centre, where drinks will be provided.

Members of St Madoc of Ferns Community Group (dedicated to preserving St Madoc of Ferns Church, Haroldston West, north of Broad Haven) will also be taking part, celebrating the ancient connections between Madoc/Aidan and Dewi/David..

In addition, the Cathedral pilgrimage team has planned a St David’s Day walk on 1 March and a St Non’s Day walk on 2 March, details to be released nearer the time.
