Spanish Galleon Docks in Pembrokeshire

The Spanish ship El Galeón Andalucía will visit Fishguard Harbour this weekend (20 and 21 September).

The ship will be open to the public from 10am to 8pm each day, offering visitors a rare opportunity to step aboard and explore this replica of a 17th-century Spanish galleon.

The visit follows more than 12 months of negotiations between North Pembrokeshire Trade and Tourism (NPTT) and Vela Cuadra Producciones.

The NPTT says: “We are thrilled to welcome El Galeón Andalucía to Fishguard, It will be a spectacular attraction for local people and visitors alike, and a wonderful way to celebrate our maritime heritage while strengthening our cultural ties with Spain.”

Online ticketing is open, but tickets can also be bought on board.
