The dead body of a huge and mysterious sea creature has been reported washed up on a South Wales beach.

According to Wales Online, the corpse has been found at Cefn Sidan, just over the Pembrokeshire border in Carmarthenshire.

The creature, thought most likely to be a whale of some sort, was described as being “four times the size of a car”.

The cause of its death remains unknown, but pollution or inability to find food are thought to be possible factors.
