West Wales Walks.

Festive ideas for some fresh air and exercise.

When you reach that time during the Christmas break when even the most reluctant walker feel the need to get some time outside, there is so much choice in Pembrokeshire. If you have visitors from away or are just seeking somewhere a bit different to go, here are a few suggestions from Pembrokeshire Online CIC.

If it is not wet and you wrap up warm a brisk walk in the Preselis can be really invigorating…

In the north of the county some interesting coves to explore if you don’t want to walk too far, then exploring Abercastle, Abermawr or Trefin are fascinating for all ages.

Further south how about everyone’s favouriteĀ  – around the ponds at Bosherton or anywhere on the Stackpole estate.
