PAVS is launching a new grant to help communities provide a warm welcome this winter.

The Warm Welcome Community Spaces Grant offers revenue and capital grants of up to £3,500 to constituted voluntary and community groups, and town and community councils.

Supported by Pembrokeshire County Council and the Welsh Government, the latest round of PAVS’ Supporting Community Action Fund is now open for applications with a deadline of 9 November.

The fund will help Pembrokeshire communities meet the challenge of winter pressures by supporting projects providing warm and welcoming spaces to bring people together in third-sector community buildings, whether halls, libraries, leisure centres or others, over the coldest months of the year.

Please note: due to the short timeframe, both application packs are available at PAVS Funding Advice Service (

Please respond to with any queries relating to the grants.

Applications must be received by the deadline of 9 November 2022 at 5pm.

All spend must be made by 31 March 2023.

Who can apply: constituted voluntary and community groups and social enterprises, town and community councils, churches, chapels and places of worship which can show evidence of wider community benefit. Eligible applicants may apply on behalf of less formal groups.
