Hubberston and Hakin Community Centre says it is delighted its application to the Time Out Carers Fund has been successful.
The fund, managed by Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) and delivered in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council, is for short breaks for unpaid carers.
The centre will be able to offer creative break options in the local community and in the centre itself for local unpaid carers from Milford Haven and the surrounding area.
The project will run from October until March 2025 and will offer support for any unpaid carer, regardless of age, who provides support to a relative or friend who is disabled.
