A new Welsh medium primary school has opened to students from all of south-west Pembrokeshire this autumn term, and it boasts that it is the first school in the county to meet net zero carbon requirements. .
The Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Penfro building, funded by Pembrokeshire Council and the Welsh Government, has capacity for 210 pupils, including nursery to year 6 places.
The school’s head is Dafydd Hughes.
