Mae cyfle cyffrous wedi codi i redeg y caffi ym Mhentref Oes Haearn Castell Henllys. Gwahoddir datganiadau o ddiddordeb ar gyfer y cytundeb pum mlynedd hwn, a fydd yn dechrau cyn gynted â phosibl.

Mae Castell Henllys yn swatio mewn safle 11 erw trawiadol o goetir a dolydd ar lan yr afon, ac mae’n cynnig profiad heb ei ail i ymwelwyr. Dyma’r unig Bentref Oes Haearn ym Mhrydain lle mae’r tai crwn sydd wedi’u hailadeiladu yn sefyll ar eu safleoedd archeolegol gwreiddiol sy’n dyddio’n ôl 2,000 o flynyddoedd. Mae’r safle, sy’n eiddo i Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Arfordir Penfro ac yn cael ei reoli ganddo, yn cyfuno hanes, natur a diwylliant i greu cyrchfan y mae’n rhaid ymweld â hi.

Bob blwyddyn, mae tua 23,000 o ymwelwyr yn ymweld â’r tai crwn sydd wedi’u hailadeiladu yn y Pentref, y siop anrhegion, y man chwarae i blant, a’r caffi ar lan yr afon. Mae’r caffi’n gwasanaethu twristiaid a’r gymuned leol ffyddlon.

Rhaid cyflwyno datganiadau ffurfiol o ddiddordeb erbyn hanner dydd, ddydd Mercher 29 Ionawr 2025. Dylai partïon sydd â diddordeb gysylltu â JJ Morris i gael y dogfennau gofynnol, gan gynnwys copi enghreifftiol o gytundeb y fasnachfraint a’r Ffurflen Datgan Diddordeb.

An opportunity has arisen to operate the café at Castell Henllys Iron Age Village. Expressions of interest are now invited for this five-year agreement, set to begin as soon as possible.

Castell Henllysis the only Iron Age Village in Britain where reconstructed roundhouses stand on their original archaeological sites from 2,000 years ago. Owned and managed by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, the site combines history, nature, and culture to create a must-visit destination.

Each year, approximately 23,000 visitors explore the Village’s reconstructed roundhouses, gift shop, children’s play area, and riverside café. The café not only caters to tourists but also serves a loyal local community.

Formal expressions of interest must be submitted by noon on Wednesday 29 January 2025. Interested parties should contact JJ Morris to obtain the required documentation, including a specimen copy of the franchise agreement and the Expression of Interest Proforma Form.
