Help in Dealing with Trauma

Pathway Counselling and PATH (Pembrokeshire Action for the Homeless) are announcing the return of their Trauma Toolkit Workshop.

The course will run from 19 March, two hours per week for 10 weeks (excluding holidays), at the Green Shed, Old Hakin Road, Haverfordwest, SA61 1XF.

They say the workshops “will help participants try out practical techniques, skills and ideas about managing the impact of trauma”.

There are two sessions every Wednesday, one 10am-12pm for women, then another 2pm-4pm for men.

Cost £58; £28 concessions.
