The Gourmet Pig in Fishguard
The Gourmet Piglet is no longer at Fishguard sport and leisure centre. Owner Ray Lerwill has set her free and she will soon be seen at festivals and other events as the summer unfolds
Ray has described the three years that the van has been at the centre as having some challenges, mainly around staffing, but he see great opportunities and greater flexibility in sending the van on her travels around the county.
The leisure centre management is looking at new ways of providing sustenance for customers who need something when they finish a workout. It would like to hear from local caterers who might be interested in providing that service.
