The Welsh Government has announced that Wales Climate Week will take place from 3 to 7 November this year.
It says: “The choices we make now and over the next decade will be critical on our route to net zero. Wales Climate Week returns this November, bringing the people of Wales together to talk, plan and act on the climate decisions that matter most.
“With the next five-year plan in development, we need to look at the changes that can be made in areas where Wales has the power to lead and the chance to flourish – from how we travel, to how we heat our homes, grow our food and care for our land.”
The week will focus on:
How to unlock the benefits of change – from lower energy bills and new green jobs to healthier communities and a thriving natural world.
How to break down barriers that stand in the way.
Under-represented voices.
Risks or consequences that need to be avoided.
