£40,000 Appeal to Replace Charity’s Vital Van

Paul Sartori is launching Drive Care Forward to raise £40,000 by December. It needs to replace its van and continue to provide support across the county.
It says: “Families rely on us to deliver essential equipment such as hospital beds and mobility aids at end-of-life, quickly, compassionately, and when it matters most. Our equipment loan van makes that possible.
“We deliver equipment from St Ishmaels to St Dogmaels and everywhere in Pembrokeshire in between. Getting the right equipment into homes is the first step in delivering care to those who want to be at home with their families at the end of their lives. Now, we need your help to keep our van on the road.
“We are launching our Drive Care Forward appeal to raise £40,000 by 1 December to replace our van and continue supporting people when they need us most.
“This is more than a vehicle. It is dignity and care delivered directly to people’s homes across our community.
“Here is how you can get involved:
“Donate what you can to our JustGiving campaign.
“Host your own fundraising event.
“Get your workplace involved.
“Share this appeal with your friends and family.
“Help us to keep care moving across Pembrokeshire and donate today:
