Cwtch Post Box Goes from Strength to Strength

Cwtch Post Box – “combating loneliness one letter at a time” – is saying thanks·to Holy Name Catholic Primary School, Fishguard.
Sandhya Davies, who started the project, tells us that the Cwtch Post Box left Holy Name Catholic Primary School recently, ready for a new home (see below): “The kindness, creativity and enthusiasm shown by the children has been truly inspiring. With the wonderful support of Mrs Beavis and the school’s dedicated staff, the pupils created an incredible collection of thoughtful messages for elderly members of our community.
“Every single letter, card and drawing has been made with love and care. These beautiful creations will bring comfort, friendship and smiles to so many older people, reminding them that they are valued and remembered.
“To Mrs Beavis, the teachers and every child who took part, thank you for embracing the Cwtch Post Box campaign with such enthusiasm. Your support has helped create meaningful connections across generations, and your kindness will have a lasting impact.”

Cwtch Post Box says: “We’re so excited to share that the Cwtch Post Box has officially moved to its new home at HaverHub, 12 Quay Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 1BG. Our mission remains the same, to spread kindness, connection and comfort through the simple act of handwritten letters.
“A huge thank you to everyone who has written, posted, collected, supported and believed in this project. Because of you, the Cwtch Post Box continues to grow and bring smiles to so many people.
“If you are passing by HaverHub , pop in and post a letter of kindness. Whether it’s a message of encouragement, thanks or friendship, your words really can brighten someone’s day. We can’t wait to become part of the HaverHub community and continue spreading kindness, one letter at a time.”
