Volunteers Wanted for Vaccination Centres

From the Volunteering for Health Team

As the vaccine programme is rolled out across our region, we would love to hear from anyone who would like to get involved as a volunteer. The support we are seeking is for Car Park Marshals to support with traffic control and direct people to the Vaccination Centres.

In addition, we are also looking for volunteers to meet and greet patients and direct them within the centres.

We are particularly interested to hear from people who would like to support us in the Tenby and Haverfordwest areas. These volunteer roles are important to enable the flow of people through the vaccination process, and are part of a wider team approach.

As there is an expectation that you may be in contact with the members of the general public and colleagues, those who have underlying or chronic health conditions and therefore deemed vulnerable are politely asked not to apply for a volunteering placement at this time.

In addition, along with guidelines, we are politely asking people under 18 or over 70 not to apply at this time.

If you would like to express an interest in supporting us with these volunteer roles, we would love to hear from you; please contact:
