A report on a major health initiative in Pembrokeshire last winter is now available – and feedback is being asked for in preparation for potential health problems this winter.
Keep Warm Keep Well (KWKW), a support programme established in October 2022 for people during the cost-of-living crisis was led by Pembrokeshire Community Hub in partnership with Pembrokeshire County Council, Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS) and a number of other agencies such as Hywel Dda Health Board, the emergency services and the voluntary sector.
The programme was designed to connect people to services that might help them make it more comfortably and safely through the coldest times of the winter. Community activities and welcome spaces, hot meals and advice on energy, money and debt were made available across the county..
The KWKW programme report can be found here: #community #health #people #help #wellbeing #energy https://lnkd.in/eHMTutZg and your input is sought so that when the Pembrokeshire Steering Group reconvenes it has some feedback as to what support is most needed this coming winter.
