If you want a bit of real warmth with your seaside experience, you might look no further than Saundersfoot… for a mobile sauna with a window overlooking Monkstone Point and Worm’s Head in the Gower.

Sea and Steam will be open all year round in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and can be booked for 25- or 50-minute slots for sharing or for private sessions. It can accommodate up to six people.

Even if the weather doesn’t warm up soon, you could be able to enjoy all the coast has to offer while steaming away nicely in comfort. There are changing facilities at hand, but don’t forget a couple of towels.

Prices:

25 min communal session – £9

One-hour communal session – £15

One-hour private session – £85

10 communal one-hour sessions – £135

20 communal one-hour sessions – £255
