Appeal to Support New Turbine

Transition Bro Gwaun is asking for support for its wind turbine application.

Having submitted its planning application for a larger wind turbine to replace the existing one at Trebover, it says: “It would be very helpful if you could write a letter of support for our application to Pembrokeshire County Council.

“This is the main source of income and, through our Community Climate Fund, we support many local businesses and projects. The current turbine needs replacing as it is needing increasing maintenance, and newer turbine technology would enable us to generate energy more efficiently.”

The next county council planning committee meeting is on 3 December.
