New Cancellation Policy at Pembrokeshire Leisure

Pembrokeshire Leisure has identified an issue with non-attendance for sessions and says that people not turning up after booking could be preventing others from making use of the facilities.

So it’s introducing an updated Non-Attendance and Late Cancellation Policy from today.

It says: “We understand that plans can change but last-minute cancellations and non-attendance often result in unused spaces that could have been taken by others on our waiting list. To ensure fair access for all customers, we are implementing stricter cancellation measures.”

Cancellations will have to be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

“Members: you may cancel a session late (within 24 hours of the start time) up to three times within a rolling 30-day period without penalty. After that, a late cancellation charge will apply.

“Non-members: any cancellation within 24 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

“Non-attendance will incur a charge of £6.80 and must be cleared before booking future activities.”
