Rhys Takes to the Skies

From Point Facebook page

Un o’n pobl ifanc anhygoel wnaeth neidio awyr yn ddiweddar i godi arian ar gyfer POINT. Ar Fai 10fed, fe gymerodd Rhys y cam dewr i’r awyr ac fe neidiodd o uchder syfrdanol o 15,000 troedfedd.

Dywedodd Rhys Lewis ei fod yn brofiad anhygoel – er i’w glustiau gymryd ychydig o amser i wella ar ôl y uchder.

One of our amazing young people recently completed a sky dive to raise money for POINT. Rhys Lewis, who lives in North Pembrokeshire, bravely took to the skies and leapt from a staggering 15,000ft.

He said it was an incredible experience – although his ears took a little while to recover from the altitude.

POINT provides opportunities for young people aged 11 to 25 living in North Pembrokeshire to acquire the confidence, self-esteem and skills to overcome the obstacles they may encounter on their journey from childhood to adulthood.
