King’s Award for Bluestone

Bluestone Resort in Pembrokeshire has just won the Kings Award – one of the eight awarded businesses in Wales.

The King’s Awards for Enterprise are for outstanding achievement by UK businesses in the categories of: innovation, international trade, sustainable development, and promoting opportunity through social mobility.

Eight businesses in the country have been recognised but only Bluestone has been commended for its sustainable development.

Gareth Thomas, Minister for Services, Small Businesses and Exports has praised each of the “excellent Welsh businesses” and commends the contributions they are making within Wales and abroad.

Bluestone Resort works to bring nature and families together. Founder of the company William McNamara has expressed excitement at receiving the King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development.
