Feeling Vulnerable? Take the Initiative

Have you heard of the Vulnerability Initiative? If you live in Wales and are  feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure where to turn, this service may be able to help you.
For so many of us life has become increasingly challenging and many of us are overwhelmed in so many different ways. The Vulnerability Initiative reminds us that we are not alone and that there are people to help us.
It says: “Whether you or someone in your household is facing ongoing mental health challenges like anxiety, depression or burnout, financial pressures, mounting debt or the fear of missing payments, disabilities or long-term physical health issues that affect daily life, or the emotional toll of loneliness or social isolation, we may be able to support and advise on benefits you are  entitled to.”
The service is completely free and confidential and does not judge. It aims to get the right help, based on circumstances.
One short form connects you with personalised guidance, helps access advice on finances, housing, wellbeing and more, by getting you to speak to someone who understands what you’re going through.
“Thousands have already taken the first step and found the support they need through the Vulnerability Initiative. Let today be your turn.
