Appeal for Support for Fishguard Square Plan

Friends of Fishguard Square are looking for support from local folks for their submitted Pride in Place proposal. Their aim is to make Fishguard Square a more welcoming place to sit and meet, and they need supporters to add their voices.

The organisers say: ”If you’d like to support the proposal, please could you email the Pride in Place panel members and our local councillors with a short message saying that Fishguard Square should be treated as a top priority for investment. Even just one or two sentences really help, for example: ‘Please prioritise improvements to Fishguard Square – it’s the heart of our town, and we’d love to see it greener and more welcoming” or “The square is remembered as being the beating heart of the community with public seating where people would gather.’”
