Pembrokeshire Cleans Up on Recycling

Wales has been pretty good at recycling. The rate has increased from 5 per cent in the 1990s to 68 per cent in 2024/25.

The target for each council in Wales is 70 per cent, and Pembrokeshire is currently recycling 73.5 per cent according to Welsh Government statistics. Most other councils are close to their targets.
