Recycling Booking System Likely to be Ditched

Plans to do away with the waste centre booking system for Pembrokeshire are being discussed by the council.

Since covid, there has been a booking system at recycling centres across the county, with some same-day options. Some residents have found this helpful but for others it has been a pain.

We have heard from the county council that it intends to remove the booking system for all six of Pembrokeshire’s waste and recycling centres, something Carmarthenshire county council did a while ago.
