Gŵyl ceir clasurol yn dychwelyd i Gastell Caeriw dros Ŵyl y Banc

Bydd un o uchafbwyntiau calendr Sir Benfro yn dychwelyd dros Ŵyl y Banc, wrth i Gastell Caeriw baratoi i groesawu rhai o’r hen geir, beiciau modur a cherbydau milwrol clasurol gorau o bob cwr o Dde Cymru.

Bydd Sioe Geir Castell Caeriw yn cael ei chynnal ddydd Llun 6 Mai, gyda digon o adloniant i’r teulu cyfan, gan gynnwys cerddoriaeth drwy’r dydd gan y band gwerin lleol ‘Razor Bill’, ac amrywiaeth o reidiau ffair glasurol a gemau gan gwmni Pembrokeshire Attractions.

Am gost ychwanegol o £2, bydd ymwelwyr iau yn gallu cymryd rhan hefyd mewn Llwybr Adar Arbennig o amgylch y Castell

Dywedodd Daisy Hughes, Rheolwr Castell Caeriw: “Rydyn ni’n falch iawn o gynnal y Sioe Geir boblogaidd yng Nghaeriw am flwyddyn arall. Mae’n gyfle gwych i bobl sy’n ymddiddori a theuluoedd fel ei gilydd i edmygu harddwch hen gerbydau clasurol mewn lleoliad hynafol sydd yr un mor drawiadol.

“Does dim angen archebu tocynnau ymlaen llaw – dewch draw ar y diwrnod i fwynhau’r digwyddiad gwych hwn.”

Bydd Ystafell De Nest ar agor o 10 o’r gloch.

Er bod y sioe geir ei hun yn llawn ar hyn o bryd a ddim yn derbyn rhagor o gerbydau mwyach, mae unrhyw un sydd â diddordeb mewn sicrhau lle ar gyfer ei gerbyd ar y rhestr wrth gefn, yn cael ei annog i gofrestru ei ddiddordeb drwy ddilyn y ddolen yn www.arfordirpenfro.cymru/castell-caeriw/digwyddiadau-castell-caeriw/digwyddiadaur-gwanwyn/.

Caiff y Sioe Geir Castell Caeriw ei chynnal rhwng 10am a 3pm, a bydd y Castell ar agor rhwng 10am a 4.30pm. Codir tâl mynediad arferol. Oedolion £8, Consesiynau £7, Plant £6, a Thocyn Teulu (dau oedolyn a dau o blant) £25.

One of the highlights of the Pembrokeshire calendar is set to return this bank holiday as Carew Castle prepares to host some of the finest classic and vintage cars, motorbikes and military vehicles from across South Wales.

The Carew Castle Car Show will take place on Monday 6 May, with entertainment for all the family, including music throughout the day by local folk band Razor Bill and a variety of vintage funfair rides and games from Pembrokeshire Attractions.

For an extra cost of £2, younger visitors will also be able to take part in a Brilliant Birds Trail around the castle

Manager of Carew Castle Daisy Hughes said: “We’re delighted to host the ever-popular Car Show at Carew for another year. It’s a wonderful opportunity for enthusiasts and families alike to admire the beauty of classic and vintage vehicles in an equally impressive setting.

“There is no need to book tickets in advance – just turn up on the day to make the most of this fantastic event.”

Nest Tearoom will be open from 10am onwards.

While the car show itself is at capacity and no longer accepting new entries, anyone interested in securing a spot for their vehicle on the reserve list is encouraged to register their interest by following the link at www.pembrokeshirecoast.wales/carew-castle/events-at-carew-castle/spring-events.

Carew Castle Car Show will take place 10am-3pm with the castle open 10am-4.30pm. Normal admission charges apply: adults £8, concessions £7, children £6 and a family ticket (two adults and two children) £25.
