A recent meeting of the county council’s cabinet decided these properties were underused or vacant and should be discussed for transfer or disposal.

The properties involved are:

The Palace Cinema, Haverfordwest

St Asaph, Trafalgar Road, Social Services Offices in Tenby

Land at East Llanion Marine, Pembroke Dock

There are various plans for the disposal of the properties, many of which require renovation and some of which are listed buildings.
