Home Educated Families Open Day

POINT Youth Centre in Fishguard plans a Home Educated and Non-School Attending Families Open Day on Thursday 9 July from 11.30am to 1.30pm.

It says: “This will be an opportunity to visit the centre, meet other families, enjoy a free barbecue, take part in free activities, and learn more about current and future opportunities available through POINT.

“POINT Youth Centre is exploring opportunities to develop new projects and activities for home educated young people across Pembrokeshire and beyond if there is sufficient interest. We would like to hear about your child’s interests, strengths, aspirations and the types of opportunities that would be valuable to your family.

“To help us shape future opportunities, we have created two short surveys – one for parents/carers and one for young people.”
