Easy-Peasy Bread Rolls

You must have come across those recipes on line that are just too good to be true.

Well, we have found the simplest possible bread recipe that actually works and takes minutes to put together. We couldn’t wait to share it with you. .

Please note this is best divided into small rolls and is most delicious eaten hot with a bit of butter. We added the seeds and a bit of salt, but you can mess about with the ingredients and try all sorts of combinations. Also, apparently, you can use Greek yoghurt instead of cottage cheese, but we have yet to try that.

Ingredients:

1 cup of cottage cheese

 cups of all-purpose flour.

Mix ingredients, adding more flour if the dough is sticky. Don’t over work it.

Cut into about 8 sections to make small, roughly rolled balls.

Bake in a pre-heated oven (about 180 degrees / gas mark 4) for about 20 to 25 minutes Check from time to time as your oven may be more efficient than mine.

Remove from oven, split and butter and scoff as soon as you like.
