How to Report Pollution on the Cleddau

If you are enjoying the Cleddau river area over the summer holidays, the Cleddau Project is asking that you report any signs of water pollution.

It says: “If you see or smell signs of water pollution, please take five minutes to take a photo/video footage and report it via the Cleddau Project reporting tool https://thecleddauproject.org.uk/pollution/.

There are images on its website that show what to look out for. You will be asked to report first to Natural Resources Wales and secondly to the Cleddau Project. Your data will feed into a  database so that information can be monitored and everyone will know what is going on.”

The project says: “Your vigilance will help to make our waterways safer for all.”

You can find more information about the project on Facebook or at https://thecleddauproject.org.uk/.
