Sea Trust Needs You

The Sea Trust, based in Goodwick, says it is on a mission to protect and preserve our precious oceans and the incredible marine life that calls them home. From majestic whales to tiny sea slugs, every creature plays a crucial role in maintaining the delicate balance of our marine ecosystems.
But the Sea Trust needs support. It says: “We can’t do it alone. By participating in our fundraisers, you’ll be making a direct impact on the health of our oceans and the creatures that rely on them for survival. Your contributions will go towards:
“Conducting vital research to better understand marine ecosystems and combat environmental threats.
“Engaging in community outreach and education to raise awareness about the importance of marine conservation.
“Keeping our catch and release aquarium maintained so we can continue to bring our amazing sea life to everyone.
“Whether you’re a seasoned activist or just getting your feet wet in the world of conservation, there are countless ways to get involved.
“Join sponsored runs or walks to raise funds while staying active and healthy. Host art exhibitions or craft fairs, showcasing marine-themed artwork and creations. Organise bake sales, car washes or other fun community events that bring people together for a great cause. Plan cycling challenges or swimathons to test your endurance and dedication to marine conservation. Celebrate with a gala dinner or auction, inviting people to support our cause while enjoying a memorable evening.
“Every penny raised brings us one step closer to safeguarding our oceans for generations to come. Together, we can create a brighter future for marine life and our planet as a whole.”
