Grant Aid for Communities

The County Council’s Cabinet has recently considered more applications for funding through the Enhancing Pembrokeshire Large Grant Applications.

Almost £4.5 million in grants has been awarded to nearly 300 Pembrokeshire groups since 2018. Much of the money now comes from the second homes council tax premium, with match funding for Pembrokeshire communities.

The following applications were among those successful in the recent bids:

Transport group PACTO

Acts West Wales Cilrath Acre

Fishguard Sea Cadets

Pembroke Dock Cricket Club

PLANED Pembrokeshire Local Food Partnership (PLFP),

Kilgetty Begelly Community Council, communities including the Kingsmoor Common Gypsy Traveller site.
