I have just spent a delightful afternoon with Deb and, having sworn me to secrecy, she has revealed the answers to those questions in a glorious storytelling session that is part of the project, People Speak Up.
We have written about these sessions which offer isolated older people, carers, those living with dementia and the elderly experiencing poor mental health a chance to hear and tell stories. Read more in some of our previous articles.

Oh and Deb says you don’t have to have a magical steed… A car, bus or bike will do. She and Jess will provide all the magic you need when you arrive…
